Overview
The college of Graduate Studies at University of Nyala was established in the year 2004.Pursue to thepolicy of the country to satisfythe needs in the field of postgraduatequalifications,the university gives training and awards as (postgraduate diploma, masters and doctoral degrees) beside scientific and applied studies in human studies, whichever, contribute to the development of academic programs that promote knowledge through focuing on the method of solvingthe problems dominating ruraland civil socities in the Sudan.

Our goal
- To fulffil the country’s needs for postgraduate training in scientific, applied and humanitarian fields.
- To plan and designated the university’s postgraduate studies, researches and training through making a framework of prescribed national and policitical plans.
- Coordinating studies and creating ties with other universities, research centers and highereducation institutions internally and externally.
- Preparing plans and programs for postgraduate studies that keep pace with contemporary scientific and technical developments and their progressing development in order to contribute to the definition of the university internationally.
