Administrative and Organizational Structure of the Faculty of Engineering Sciences

The administrative and organizational structure of the Faculty of Engineering Sciences consists of the following:

  • Dean of the Faculty: The highest executive authority within the Faculty, responsible for managing academic, administrative, and financial affairs, and representing the Faculty before the University Administration and its councils.

  • Faculty Council: The highest academic and administrative authority within the Faculty. It is chaired by the Dean and comprises the Vice Dean, Heads of Academic Departments, Faculty Registrar, and representatives of appointed faculty members.

  • Vice Dean for Academic and Administrative Affairs: Oversees the teaching and learning process, coordinates academic activities, and monitors examinations and student affairs.

  • Faculty Registrar: Responsible for students’ academic affairs, including admission and registration, alumni affairs, certificates, transcripts, and the maintenance of academic records in compliance with University regulations.

  • Heads of Academic Departments: Oversee the academic and administrative affairs of their respective departments, develop curricula, and monitor the performance of faculty members.
